WE DON’T WANT TO FORCE ANYTHING.

When photographing you, we want to let the moments unfold naturally. This doesn’t mean that we don’t give LOTS of direction, because let’s be real – once you’re standing in front of someone’s camera, your body automatically wants to freeeeeze up.

This is where we come in! With 8 years of experience under our belts, we’ve learned a thing or two about cultivating real emotion and joy. We like to use a lot of fun prompts: “whisper what you had for breakfast in your creepiest voice in her ear”, or “run towards each other and collide like you haven’t seen each other in ten years”.

We’ve gotten incredible feedback from doing this. After a little bit, you’ll loosen up and realize that these photos don’t need to be perfect. In fact, we’re after those messy, in between moments that make you who you are.

You should have loads of fun together during your session. Our hope is that we enable you to let your true selves totally shine – making your photos the best and most authentic possible.

OUR PRAYER IS THAT BOOKING US WILL BE THE EASIEST THING YOU DO DURING THE WEDDING PLANNING PHASE.

We know how daunting wedding planning can be. We want to make the photography + videography part of it easy. We’ll set up a phone call to hear all about you two, how you met and how you want to feel on your wedding day. We’ll then get you officially BOOKED and start planning your engagement session! Next, let the wedding prep begin! We’ll show up to photograph the sweetest day ever and have sooo much fun with you guys. After all of the goodness is said and done – we get right to work on your photos and video!

We don’t want your wedding day to feel like a production. So instead of forcing too many moments to happen, we step back and capture every single little moment that goes down… Even the ones you didn’t realize happened. This is our number one goal.
